The "Office of Information Technology" at Boston University offers free tutorials in computing to the Boston University community. The main topics are "UNIX", "personal computing" and "scientific computing and visualization". There are publicly available on-line versions of most of the tutorials, and several of these should be of general interest to UNICC users:
Remark: Boston University recently acquired a 64 processor Origin server from SGI. The computing facilities also include a Power Challange Array and several Onyxes.
