The Subatomic Physics Group at Chalmers University of Technology and Göteborg University has the pleasure to invite you to the traditional study weekend on dripline nuclei HALO´02. The location for the workshop will be on the Chalmers campus in the center of Göteborg.

The workshop will start on Thursday, June 13 at 13.00 with registration and will continue until Saturday, June 15 at 12.00.

The conference fee includes on Thursday afternoon coffee and reception, on Friday lunch, coffee breaks and conference dinner and on Saturday coffee break. As an option, lunch on Saturday can be served to an extra cost of SEK 100 (VAT is included, SEK 20).
The total conference fee is SEK 2025 (VAT is included, SEK 405).
If the optional lunch on Saturday is requested the fee will be SEK 2125 (VAT is included, SEK 425).

The conference dinner will take place in the captivating environment at Elfsborg Fortress that we reach by a 20 min. scenic boat trip. For accompanying persons wishing to participate in the conference dinner the price will be SEK 625 (VAT is included, SEK 125).

For partial financial support a limited funding is available for diploma and Ph.D. students. Applications should be sent by E-Mail halo02@fy.chalmers.se

Participants who need a visa to enter Sweden should apply to the Swedish embassy in their home country or in the country where they live. Further information can be found at the swedish ministry for foreign affairs and at the swedish migration board. To support the application for visa a personal invitation might be required. If you need a personal invitation please send an E-mail to halo02@fy.chalmers.se and you will receive an invitation via ordinary mail.
