On LERUM's LAKES
To All Canoe Lovers!

Great trip on canoes!!!!!!!!!! READ!!!!!!!
After the adventure of the Sola Stafetten the Beans (ah Bean fever!) ar still on the
loose.
The trip will start at 9:00 on Saturday at "Delsjon canot center", where we will rent the
canoes, carry them on cars and trailers and drive to a secret destination: a wide and wild lake in
the region of Lerum. There we carry our food drinkage, tents etc. on the canoes and
start lakes trip ending up on a desert island where we will camp and
stay overnight.
So, take a backpack for your personal belongings.
Ettore, our champion in conoeing, will conduct the lake tour.
It will be a relaxing trip in a completely natural landscape.
No special waterproof materials are need unless you intend to make
Water Games. Take a light rainproof jacket, a sleeping bag, boots or a second pair of
shoes, and a very warm
pullover.
and a knife, a cup, 3 L of H2O/person, towel, and some whisky, as any good "wild life lover" does (he or she).
Put all your belongings in a plastc bag INSIDE the back pack. (If it
rains you take it all)
Please inform the central bean organization if you come, It will do its best to arrange
car passages, cones, tents and food for the grill.
The cost will aproximatively be 250 kr for each canoe renting and 400
for each trailer. 80 kr/person for
the food (sandwiches grill food and breakfast, drink exl.). Thought 2 people per canoe and 6 canoe per trailer, we end up
with a budget of ca 250 kr each.
How to get there
if you are not starting at Delsjon, follow the E20 in direction Alinsas-Stockholm and
10 km after Lerum, in Tollered (55 m o.s.l.) , turn right towards Torskabotten. There is a nice water
there where some canoes can start.
Following the same small country road you reach after 4.5 km Torska , where we leave
the cars and start with the main group of canoe, to a little island on the lake of
O:mmern (123 m o.s.l.).

- Canoe (12!!): Mauri (1)+ trailer (5), Lars (1), Marco (trailer 5).
It is NOT updated, but if you can help providing some of the missing items, please
contact the organization.

. (we need more tents!!!!!)WE HAVE THRE FULL PIRATS WITHOUT A TENT!!

- food: meat (sousages and steks), smoked fish? bread pasta, potatoes, bananas, tomatoes,
milk, coffee. concentrate fruit juice.
- two gas burners and two pots, knives, forks, plates

on Saturday slightly cloudy, 19 C; on Sunday: 17 C possible rains; weak winds from S.E. (mild night between Sat
and Sunday).
