The main topics:

- Radioastronomical tasks of the project Submillimetron; possible advantages in 
comparison with previous projects
- Antenna-Coupled Hot-Electron Microbolometers for ultrasensitive radiastronomical 
observations
- SQUID Readout system for imagimg arrays of bolometers 
-Development of a Submillimeter Cryogenic Telescope for the International Space 
Station (Project Submillimetron)
-Possible international cooperation in Project Submillimetron. Participation in other 
projects.

Preliminary programme for the meeting:

Monday, October 23. 

Presentations of the participants on activity of their groups related to announced topics. 

Workshop dinner.

Tuesday, October 24. 
Round table discussion, focusing on optimal concepts of the bolometer, readout system,  and 
the telescope. Possible cooperation in development of the  Submillimeter Cryogenic 
Telescope for the International Space Station and other projects will be discussed.
The first half a day. Common discussion
The second half a day. Discussion in three working groups:
1. Astrophysics and Cosmology
2. Physics and Sensors
3. Space Science and Engineering
Reports on INTAS project.

Wednesday, October 25
Visit to Saab Ericsson Space.
Culture program.

The Resume of the Workshop and presentations of the participants will be prepared as 
Proceedings after the workshop.
