Examination
During the course you can collect a maximum of 72 points.
There are two different ways of getting points:
- Exercises: 5 different exercises, max 4 points each (max 20 points)
to be presented at the scheduled computer lab sessions
- Homework problems: 3 set of problems, max 20/16/16 points each (max 52 points)
to be handed in according to the schedule
You are encouraged to collaborate, and may then hand in common reports
for the homework problems. However, maximum two persons in each group.
Master students at Chalmers:
FKA121 Computational Physics (7.5 hec)
For grade 3: 30-41 points
For grade 4: 42-53 points
For grade 5: 54-72 points
Master students at University of Gothenburg:
FIM540 Computational Physics (7.5 hec)
For grade G: 30-47 points
For grade VG 48-72 points
PhD students:
FKA121/FIM540 Computational Physics (7.5 hec)
You need at least 42 points to pass the course.
