Title: Design and fabrication of Fresnel optics for THz frequencies.

The work includes study of the Fresnel lens approach for optical range, Gaussian beam approach, silicon micromachining. E-beam- and photo- lithography are involved as well as silicon plasma etching.

The work will be done in the frame of ESA contract on design of THz multipixel heterodyne camera.
