ROOTS

Hailing from Vallikodu-Kottayam,
a small village in the central Travancore region
of Kerala State in India.
Completed schooling in Rex School, Ooty, TamilNadu.
Came back to Kerala in to a small hamlet
for doing Pre-degree course in
SES College, SKPuram, Kannoor.
Did Bachelors degree in Physics from
Mar Ivanios College, Trivandum
and Masters in Applied Physics from the
Faculty of Technology and Engineering
of M.S. University of Baroda, Baroda.
I was exposed to the field of research in
Physical Research Laboratory, Ahmedabad
where the Masters thesis in Radio Carbon dating was done.
Pursuing research career but in thin films, reached
Indian Institute of Technology-Bombay
where nearly two years of my life was spent and thus
Since 15th Sept. 1998, I am here!!.

I defended my Ph. D thesis on 29th November 2002 :).

The thesis is titled "Investigation of Future Nanoscaled Semiconductor Heterostructures and CMOS devices".
