"How to give Shocks to Others"

It was an interview for selecting officers in the Army. Brigadier general is the interviewing officer. As the Candidate came inside, he glanced through his CV.

The Brigadier-general was struck upon the Candidate's hobby "Giving Shocks to Others" and thus he was tempted to ask him How he gives shocks to others.

The Candidate was so happy of the Brigadiers question that he now ran towards the Officer and then jumped on top of his table and shouted at the officer, which he did so swiftly, on which the Army Officer was really shocked. It seems the Candidate was selected.
