Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex (address below). Cancellations of registrations will be accepted until 10 May, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less SEK 500 for cancellation charge. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date.

Cancellation of Social Events

Cancellation of Hotel Reservation
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex (address below). Cancellation of hotel reservation will be accepted until 10 May 2002, up to which date the total amount will be refunded. We regret that hotel prepayment cannot be refunded after this date.
