Arriving at Eriksberg and getting ready...
Anna welcomed us to Hotel 11!
The winebottles are open and the aprons are on - let's start!

Björn and Yulia took care of the main course...
... while Heini decided that making the pasta must be the easiest task.
Mikhail and Göran are preparing Parma cigars - but no smoking in the kitchen!!
The three sweet-tooths of the group naturally demanded to cook the dessert!
Mikael is slicing potatoes (despite his allergy :o) )...
... and Karin is searching for the right spices.
Chopping, chopping, chopping...
Peeling, peeling, peeling...
Cutting, cutting, cutting...
Now Heini has realized that "making pasta" does NOT mean just boiling water!
The main course included LOTS of chopping of vegatables!
OK, we're getting somewhere! Things are actually cooking!
But these guys still have their noses deep down over the knives.
Mikhails and Göran gets some assistance from Camilla.
Kenny is preparing the sallad for the dressing.
Kate and Karin gets some ideas about which forks that goes where.
OK Mikael, 13 servings of medium fries, please! (McDonalds have asked for you, by the way)
Yulia has learned the swedish names of many strange vegetables!
Kenny is giving Heini a hand with cutting the pasta dough into tagliatelle.
Karin is opening the wine bottles under supervision from Marie and Halina.
The first course: salmon carpaccio, potaoe sticks and parsley dressing. (Mikael and Kenny)
The second course: Parma cigars = parma ham togheter with garlic and
sardells
rolled in dough and oven baked. (Mikhail and Göran)
Everyone is more than pleased so far!
To clear the tastebuds - redwine granité with lemon and
chili. (Karin and Kate)
The main course is prepared for serving by Björn and Camilla.
And here it is: Grilled angler (marulk) in mango consommé with chili
tagliatelle! (Björn, Yulia and Heini)
The dessert takes some serious cooking at the end...
Christian arranges the plates while Albin heats up the gas!
Leif adds the suger that is to be burned.
And voilà - suger and cognac cooked pears in chèvre-sauce!
