I am a professor (chaired professor) in the Electronics Materials and Systems Laboratory
of the Department of Microtechnology and nanoscience, MC2, at Chalmers University of Technology.

According to Thomson I have a ResearcherID A-2038-2011.

I participate in the Chalmers e-Science Centre.

I received my Swedish docent degree in physics, June 14, 2002.

I have been a postdoc at the University of Notre Dame,
and at the University of Tennessee/Oak Ridge National Laboratory.

I received a PhD in Condensed Matter Physics from the Ohio State University in 1995.

I received a MS in Physics in 1990 and
a BS in Mathematics and Physics in 1989,
both from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.
