Stripes in the cuprate high-temperature superconductors are spin and charge ordered states that appear to be closely linked to superconductivity in these materials. Together with Brian M. Andersen I have showed that defining features of the mysterious pseudogap state may be described in terms of a stripe ordered state with coexisting pair density wave correlations.  Paper stripe_talk1102.pdf
